"All About Me"

Every year, I make an “All about me” document for teachers. As parents, we assume every teacher who comes in contact with our children has access and reads his or her IEP or 504 plan. And, this should not substitute your teacher (and all providers who work with your child) to read the actual IEP, this one page snapshot provides some extra insight into the bullet points of his or her learning style, likes, dislikes, etc. Below is a template to edit according to your own child.
